Hi,

Nice post. With respect to repeating the dispute process, I do this on a regular basis.
There are many times where the CRA performs their investigation (which is highly suspect).
and nothing changes. I then repeat the process a few months later
and have also on one occasion obtained written documentation from the
creditor indicating the error. Despite having written documentation
from the creditor which proves the error, the CRA does nothing again, merely
stating the account is correct.

Most of the time a repeat dispute is ignored or re-verified. However,
on some rare occasions I have prevailed on a repeat dispute. You just
have to wait a few months since the last challenge.

When the CRA's are such pieces of sh**, what else am I to do but repeat
repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat and try to get that bitch deleted.
